Ganspan is a family owned farm, 860 hectares "S 24 23.827 E 26 53.726" with Danie and Anton de Jager offering a hunting experience of a lifetime incorporating technology available.
History and Geographic Location:
We are located in the Limpopo, 50km on the Dwaalboom road and 29.1km right on the Rooibokkraal road. The farm mostly consists of Acacia and thorn bushsavannah and, the terrain is made up of Acacia trees and grassland. Acacia, Matopi.

Climate, Seasons and Rainfall:
As South Africa is in the Southern Hemisphere, the seasons are the opposite of those experienced in Europe, the United States and the United Kingdom. Hunting season stretches from May to September, predominantly winter months, with warm days and cool nights. The area has low summer rainfall from September to April with temperatures ranging from a summer high of 40° Celsius to a low of 20° Celsius, and a winter high of 30° Celsius to a low of 6° Celsius on average, with no frost.
Specialties:
Eight (8) hunters and several non hunter can be accommodated at one time. Tents are available if required. Ganspan Safaris specialize in Impala, Wildebeest, Kudu, Blesbok, Warthog, etc although we have animals of all sizes; our trophies are of an exceptionally high quality.
Achievements:
Large herds of Impala and Blue Wildebeest can be found on the farm.
