Hunting at Ganspan is always a rewarding experience. Under no circumstances do we ever allow amimals to be shot with anything but a bow. You will see our animals walk calmly within 10 meters of the vehicles.
All our hides are fitted with still cameras, two weeks before your arrival these cameras are activated and still pictures are taken when movement is detected, upon you arrival we will show you what animals visited what waterholes at different times, you can then make a good choice on where you want to hunt first. All our hides are also fitted with live cameras, to ensure monitoring and possibly capture your shot, it allows us to monitor hides and give best indication on what animals drink where, this function also allows, non-hunters to watch your hunt over a computer driven network. Some hides are fitted with an IP telephone, this facility will also allow the PH to talk to the hunter to warn him if any animals are coming his way. After the shot the hunter can pick up the phone and make a call to be collected.
Some of our hides have notebooks available so hunters can sit in hide and watch a computer screen of the waterhole he is at, thus reducing movement in the hide. The hunter will also be able to view activity at other waterholes on the same screen.
